The Training in the afternoon Of Hongyuan Furniture Manufacturing Co.,Ltd
Under the guidance of the physical fitness, all the training programs has a clear operation process intention to reflect the cognitions, emotions, volitions and communications act, which has a clear operation process, which requires all the trainers to pay a full attention to gain the most self-value.
Off the ground 8 meters is there a cylinder. There is a round plate on the top that cylinder that can barely fit the feet of a single person. Trainer has to stand still on that plate and catch the horizontal bar hanging above.
Aim of Training:
1. No matter how comfortable to move back, you could not move back for comfort; no matter how difficult to move ahead, you also need to improve self-control in front of the risks.
2. To have a positive life attitude, even though the circumstances are not totally mature, you still need to learn the ability to make choice bravely.
3. Courage and support play an important role in a team, especially to show personal capability, which also helps build a good cultural atmosphere in a team.

1.Each team is given a plastic drum, bamboos and some robes. Team members need to make a tool on water out of the things given, and reach the other side of bank as fast as they can.To finish the session in a limited time;
2. Without any actions to hinder other teams;
3. To go and back only by waterway.
Each team set the target → To give time to think and discuss → make a raft → race for a flag → disassemble the raft and return all the things given.
1.To build trust.
2.To locate oneself in a team, and make full use of personal advantages.
3.To utilize the resource to make a win-win situation.
4.To reorganize the resources and bring benefits to company and oneself.

Even though it was behind, never give up.
All the team members should climb against a smooth 4-meter-high wall in a limited time. During the process, no one can make us of other tool like clothes, robes, belts etc,. All could be used are just our minds, hands and feet.
1. To tolerate and try to make mistakes.
2. Human resource allocation and utilization.
4. Analysis on planning and targets and goal regression method.
5. To learn self dedication for benefits of a team.
